Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat personální činnosti v reálné organizaci (na ministerstvu České republiky) a poskytnout čtenáři komplexní pohled a zhodnocení aktuální situace personální práce v konkrétním systému státní správy. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části -- teoretickou, která charakterizuje jednotlivé personální činnosti a praktickou, kde jsou konfrontovány teoretické poznatky s praktickými zkušenostmi. Nejčastěji používanými metodami výzkumu v této diplomové práci jsou analýza na místě konfrontovaná se základní literaturou, komparace a třídění. The aim of the thesis is to analyze personnel activities in the real organization (Ministry of the Czech Republic) and give readers a comprehensive view and evaluate the current situation of personnel work in a particular system of government. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical, which characterizes the individual personnel activities and practical in which theoretical knowledge with practical experience are confronted. The methods of research used in this thesis are on-site analysis confronted with the basic literature, comparison and sorting.
