[cze][eng] Pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem si zvolila téma zabývající se informovaností mužů o problematice močové inkontinence. Močovou inkontinencí trpí poměrně velké procento osob. Je chápána především jako zdravotní problém, spojený s vyšším věkem člověka. Inkontinence je však diagnózou, která postihuje jak ženy, muže tak i děti a negativně ovlivňuje jejich život. Je označována jako stav, při němž člověk není schopen sám vědomě regulovat odchod moči. Močová inkontinence je spojena se značnou tělesnou, psychickou, sociální a ekonomickou zátěží. U inkontinentních pacientů dochází často ke ztrátě sebeúcty, k rozpakům, k narušení kvality života a společenského styku. Lidé se často vzdávají svého běžného životního stylu. Dochází tak ke zřejmému poškození sociálních vazeb, partnerských vztahů, profesního zařazení a celkové spokojenosti. Únik moči je problém intimního rázu a ne všichni jsme schopni a ochotni o něm otevřeně hovořit. Ve své práci se zabývám klasifikací, diagnostikou, léčbou inkontinence a inkontinentními pomůckami určenými speciálně pro muže. Pro práci byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum. Byla použita výzkumná metoda formou dotazníku. Sběr informací probíhal ve třech ambulancích praktických lékařů v Českých Budějovicích. Výzkumným souborem byli muži z Českých Budějovic starších 30ti let, kteří ve dnech 17.1.- 28.2. 2007 navštívili vybrané ambulance praktického lékaře v Českých Budějovicích. Dotazníky byly podávány náhodně. Provedeným výzkumem se měla potvrdit či vyvrátit stanovená hypotéza, která zní: Muži nemají informace o problematice močové inkontinence. Výzkumem byla hypotéza potvrzena. Cíl práce byl splněn. Výzkumem byla zjištěna skutečnost, že převážná část dotazovaných respondentů by od svého praktického lékaře uvítali více informací o problematice močové inkontinence a že sami respondenti si myslí, že informovanost mužů o tomto problému je nedostatečná. Dále z výzkumu vyplývá, že převážná část respondentů nemělo nikdy k dispozici informační materiál o močové inkontinenci. V praxi bychom se měli zaměřit na zkvalitnění informovanosti, která by se určitě zlepšila, kdyby se zvýšila výroba a distribuce brožur o inkontinenci a široká veřejnost k nim měla přístup. Letáky by měli být volně k odebrání v čekárnách u praktického lékaře, tak i v geriatrických ambulancích. Dále by se měli zajistit edukační programy pro klienty a prohloubit poznatky sester, aby byly schopné poskytnout důležité informace a pomoci lidem s močovou inkontinencí. Zároveň věřím, že i má práce bude sloužit jako informační materiál o močové inkontinenci pro širokou veřejnost. My bachelor work is about the men{\crq}s knowledge about the problem of the urinary incontinence. Many people suffer from this urinary incontinence. It{\crq}s especially the health problem of older people. But this incontinence is the diagnosis concerning both women and men, also children and this disease negatively influences their life. It{\crq}s condition whereat a man can{\crq}t alone regulate his urinaring. The urinary incontinence is jointed with considerable physical, psychic, social and economie stress. The incontinence patients often lose their self-respect, first-quality life and social- intercourse. They often give up their common life. The social structure , the relationship of husband and wife, the vocational integration and the satisfaction are injured. The urinary incontinence is the intimate problem and we can{\crq}t or we don{\crq}t want to speak about it. My work includes the classification, diagnostic, the cure of incontinence and the special incontinence instruments for men. It was taken up the quantitative research. The adopted method was the question-form. The collection of information took place in 3 ambulances of the general practitioners in the town České Budějovice. The men age of more than 30 years old were as the research team in this boron, who visited these chosen ambulances in the days of 17.1.-28.2. 2007. The question-forms were given accidentally. This research should be certify or confute this hypothesis: the men haven{\crq}t information about the problem of the urinary incontinence. The hypothesis was certified. The project was fulfilled. Fact is that ware questioned men embraced ware information about the urinare incontinence and they also think, that the information about this problem is very insufficient. The both of abonents had never available the information materials the urinary incontinence. We must improve the quality of information and it will be better to produce and to distribute ware and ware brochures about this disease. Then the general public can read them in the waiting rooms, in the geriatrics ambulances. The nurses should supply the relevant information and to help people. I also believe, that my work will help for the general public, too.
