[cze][eng] Rozvodů v naší společnosti stále přibývá. Pro děti, které zažily rozvod rodičů, je tato životní situace velmi frustrující. Ztrácejí jistotu domova, jistotu rodičů, na které se mohou vždy obrátit. Bojí se budoucnosti, kam budou patřit a zda budou schopni založit svoji rodinu a být dobrými rodiči svým dětem. Cílem této práce bylo především uvědomit si současné problémy rozvodu, které se nejvíce dotýkají psychiky dítěte, jehož rodiče se rozvádějí popřípadě rozvedli. Výzkum se skládal z dotazníkového šetření a ze sekundární analýzy dat. Z výzkumu sekundární analýzy dat vyplývá, že děti, kterých se rozvod týkal v současné době, kdy bylo prováděno šetření, byl prokázán negativní dopad na psychiku dítěte. Z dotazníkového šetření, kdy studenti odpovídali s odstupem času po rozvodu vyplynuly skutečnosti, které ovlivňují situaci dítěte po rozvodu rodičů. Což byla hlavně situace s kým dítě po rozvodu žije a zda se pravidelně stýká s druhým rodičem. Dalším problémem dětí se ukázal vztah s nových partnerech rodičů a v ekonomické situaci. Podle mého názoru by bylo vhodné vytvořit v České republice skupiny, kde se děti budou setkávat se stejně starými dětmi, které zažily stejně jako oni rozvod rodičů. Na druhou stranu bych doporučila provést výzkum na rozvod v rodině z pohledu rodiče. Práci je možno použít k získání informací pro rodiče před rozvodem. Informace dále mohou čerpat sociální pracovníci, kurátoři a ostatní pracovníci, kteří děti zastupují a mnohdy si neuvědomují psychický stav dítěte a situace, které dítě ovlivňuje. V neposlední řadě, lze tuto práci použít jako výukový materiál The number of divorces in our society is growing constantly. Children who have had to experience their parents divorce generally feel that situation as extremely frustrating. They loose the safety of the harbor of home, the security of contact with the parents to whom they could always turn in the hour of need. They are usually afraid of what the future might bring, they are uncertain as of having a place they would belong; they possess worries to start their own families with their own partners, to be good parents to their offspring. The primary target of this paper was to realize the current issues of divorce, problems that most of all affect the mentality of the child whose parents are either going, or have gone through the act of matrimony termination. The research was concluded in the form of questionnaire and secondary data analysis. The secondary data analysis research shows that the children who were involved in divorce during the period of the research have demonstrated negative impact on their mentality. The questionnaire method, which was responded by students whose parents had been divorced for a longer period of time, shows certain facts that affect the child{\crq}s situation after the divorce. Primarily, those facts include the parent with whom the child is left to live, as well as whether and how the child is in contact with the other parent. Further problems were the children{\crq}s relationships with their fostering parent{\crq}s new partner and the new economical situation. It is my opinion that it would be most appropriate to create contact groups all over the country, groups where the affected children could have an opportunity to socialize with peers who had experienced a similar situation in their respective families. On the other hand, I do recommend analyzing the divorce from a parent{\crq}s perspective. The thesis can be used as a source of information for parents facing a divorce. The information contained herein might be useful for welfare officers, guardians, and other persons who represent the child and who are often unaware of the mental condition of the child, or of the situations that affect them. Nonetheless, the paper might be used as course material.
