Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou získávání finančních prostředků ze strukturálních fondů a z fondu EAFRD v Jemnickém mikroregionu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a obsahuje zejména charakteristiku vybraných operačních programů. Praktická část práce obsahuje SWOT analýzu Jemnického mikroregionu s důrazem na zjištění slabých stránek a ohrožení bránících úspěšnému rozvoji Jemnicka. Dále tato část práce obsahuje výsledky výzkumu zaměřeného na problematiku využívání dotací ze strukturálních fondů EU a z fondu EAFRD v Jemnickém mikroregionu do konce roku 2007. Dále praktická část obsahuje výsledky zkoumání týkájící se problemtiky získávání dotací v novém programovém období. This dissertation is focused on the utilization of resources from the EU structural funds and from the EAFRD fund on the example of the Jemnice microregion. The presented elaboration deals about the points at issues like obtainment and utilization of financial resources from the structural funds and from the EAFRD fund in the JM. Regarding the mentioned examples of realized or planned projects, the importance of financial subventions from the structural EU funds and the EAFRD fund is apparently contributing to the successful development of the Jemnice microregion. In spite of the fact that, in comparison with the whole Czech Republic, during the programming period 2007 {--} 2013 the lower allotment from the EU structural funds managed to be drawn from per capita, a great deal of projects could not be realized without the financial EU support in the Jemnice microregion at all.
