Má bakalářská práce se nazývá efektivní komunikace se seniory. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat komunikaci, její druhy a základní principy a zásady efektivní komunikace, dále pak popsat komunikaci se seniory trpící syndromem demence. Dalším cílem je zjistit, zda pracovníci v domovech pro seniory (DpS) znají a používají zásady a principy efektivní komunikace. My bachelor thesis is called "The Effective Communication With Seniors". The aim of this thesis is to describe communication, its various kinds and the basic principles of the effective communication. I will also describe the communication with seniors suffering from dementia. Another aim of this thesis is to find out whether workers in the senior houses know and use the principles of the effective communication.
