Práce se zabývá analýzou společnosti, která po nedávné rozsáhlé změně potřebuje optimalizovat svůj informační systém, návrhem variant řešení a výběrem optimální varianty. Cílem práce je na základě doporučení optimální varianty řešení zefektivnit firemní procesy a zvýšit podporu manažerských rozhodování. Diplomová práce v úvodní teoretické části zpracová východiska pro uchopení problému: věnuje se teorii informace, informačnímu systému a změně, jakožto klíčovému aspektu v životě organizace, s důrazem na vyvarování se chyb. Dále se zabývá hodnocením přínosů informačních systémů jakožto vstupních předpokladů pro vyhodnocení optimalizace. V prakticé části je pomocí situační a procesní analýzy popsána společnost, v níž je optimalizace doporučena. Následně jsou představeny varianty optimalizace a ozhodovací model, na jehož základě je proveden výběr optimální varianty k řešení. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty aspekty hodnocení variant optimalizace informačních systémů a jsou vydána doporučení. The thesis deals with the analysis of the company after the recent major change and its need to optimize its information system. It designs alternative solutions and selecting the optimal variant. The aim of the work is creating recommendation of the optimal design solution to streamline business processes and increase support managerial decision making. The thesis focuses in the introductory part of the theoretical bases on grip of the problem: information theory, information system and change as the key aspect in the life of the organization, with emphasis on avoiding mistakes. It also assesses the benefits of information systems measurement as the input factor for the optimization evaluation. In the practical part, the situation and process analysis is used to describe a company in which optimization is being recommended. Subsequently, the variants of optimization are introduced and decision-making model for selecting the optimal selection is designed The conclusion summarizes aspects of the evaluation of optimization of information systems.
