Práce pojednává o podvodech páchaných v oblasti bezhotovostního platebního styku. Charakterizují se zde nejčastější formy bezhotovostních platebních podvodů. Zabývá se prevencí podvodů ve třech hlavních bodech: finanční gramotnosti a vzdělávání, práva a institucí. Jde o komparaci účinnosti těchto oblastí prevence podvodů páchaných na území ČR a EU za určité období. Je zde také vysvětlováno, jak konkrétně podvodům předcházet. The work deals with fraud perpetrated on non-cash payments. There is characterized the most common forms of non-cash payment fraud. It deals with the prevention of fraud in three main areas: financial literacy and education, law and institutions. It is a comparison of the effectiveness of these areas of prevention of fraud perpetrated on the territory of the Czech Republic and the EU for a certain period. There is also explained exactly how to prevent fraud.
