Bakalářská práce se zabývá produkty, které jsou využívány pro financování bydlení. Zaměřuje se hlavně na v České republice nejvyužívanější z nich - stavební spoření a hypoteční úvěry. Cílem práce je obecné vymezení těchto produktů a jejich vzájemné porovnání z pohledu nákladovosti pro klienta. This bachelor thesis deals with products, which are used in funding the housing. The thesis aims mainly on these of the products, which are in the Czech Republic most used - building society and mortgage loans. The goal of this thesis is to make a general demarcation of these products and their mutual comparison in a view of costs for client.
