Abstract: Text se zabývá řízením informatiky v divizi společnosti Valeo. Hledá nedostatky, které se v poměrně sofistikovaném řízení vyskytují, když je informační systém podle vnitropodnikových principů nasazen do praxe. Využívá pohledu uživatele na IS/ICT a snaží se navrhnout činnosti, které by pomohly zohlednit požadavky uživatelů v divizi. Uživatelský pohled doposud nebyl v provozu informatiky akcentován.
