Informační technologie se vyvíjejí obrovským tempem. Stejně by se měl měnit i přístup podniků k nim. Otázkou ale je, jestli se tomu tak skutečně děje. Jestli jsou společnosti a jejich zaměstnanci vůbec schopni se přizpůsobovat novým technologiím tak rychle, jak tyto technologie vznikají. Jedním z fenoménů posledních let je doručování aplikací formou Software As A Service (SaaS, Software jako služba). Tento pojem je úzce spojen s problematikou Cloud computingu a jeho nasazení se dá řešit outsourcingem firemní IT struktury. Zde se nám tedy potkávají 3 velmi exponované pojmy, které se často zaměňují či používají ve špatném kontextu. Tato práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení těchto pojmů v kontextu podnikové informatiky a na analýze aspektů, které je ovlivňují. Zejména cloud computing je moderním pojmem, o kterém všichni mluví, ale málokdo ví, co to přesně znamená a co by to mohlo přinést konkrétnímu podniku. Na tyto otázky tato práce odpovídá, neboť pomáhá utřídit si souvislosti a rámec, ve kterém je o případných změnách v podnikové IT infrastruktuře třeba rozhodovat. První část práce je zaměřena na osvětlení základních pojmů a jejich zasazení do vzájemného kontextu. Druhá část se pak věnuje současným trendům v této oblasti tak, aby bylo možné vyvodit závěry v podobě predikce předpokládaného vývoje v následujících letech. Information technologies develop very quickly. And in the same way should be changed the companie's attitude to them. But the question is whether this is actually happening. If the companies and their employees are able to adapt to new technologies as quickly as these technologies arise. One of the phenomena of recent years is delivering applications through Software As A Service (SaaS). This concept is closely linked with the issue of Cloud computing and its use can be solved by outsourcing corporate IT structure. So here we meet three very exposed concepts. But their terms are often used confused or in the wrong context. This work focuses on explaining these concepts in the context of business intelligence and analysis on the aspects that affect them. In particular, cloud computing is a modern concept, which everyone talks about but only few people know exactly what it means and what it could bring to a particular company. This work helps to answer these questions and it helps to sort out the context and framework within which the possible changes in the corporate IT infrastructure should be discussed to make decisions. The first part is focused on basic lighting of these concepts and their insertion into mutual context. The second part is then devoted to current trends in this area so that conclusions for a prediction of the expected development in the coming years can be drawn.
