Práce se zabývá uplatňováním DPH při poskytování služeb v rámci Evropy. Vychází z tuzemského zákona o dani z přidané hodnoty a knihy Zákon o DPH s komentářem od DRÁBOVÁ, M.; HOLUBOVÁ, O.; TOMÍČEK, M. Hlavním cílem této práce zjistit, ve které zemi se bude uplatňovat DPH, jsou-li služby poskytovány do zemí EU a třetích zemí Evropy. The work deals with the application of VAT on services within Europe. It is based on domestic law on Value Added Tax and the VAT law books with commentary from Drabova, M.; Holubová, O.; Tomíček, M. The main objective of this work to determine which country will apply VAT if services are provided the EU and third countries in Europe.
