Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu podniku Těsnění a pružné elementy, k. s. Základem práce jsou tři části. Jsou to části vymezení metodiky, představení společnosti, a aplikování vymezených prvků finanční analýzy na společnost. Jedná se o horizontální a vertikální analýzu rozvahy, poměrové ukazatele rentability a likvidity a modely finančního zdraví podniku. Také je v bakalářské práci představen podnik s popisem některých svých specifik. Drobné interní informace navíc pomohly odhalit příčiny změn některých ukazatelů a popsat finanční situaci podniku. Ta je v závěru shrnuta na základě naměřených výsledků. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to make financial analysis of Těsnění a pružné elementy, Ltd. The thesis is divided into three parts -- analysis specification, company introduction and application of the defined methodology. The methodology consists of horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet, ratio indicators of profitability, solidity and models of bonity standing of the firm. The company has much non-traditional specifity. These are also presented in my thesis, particularly in the second part. Only a limited amount of inside information, which helped me to extend a company description and to reveal several specificities, was available. The result of the analysis and the financial standing of the company are summarized in the conclusion.
