Simulace se v současné době stávají důležitým nástrojem pro analýzu firemních procesů. Jejich hlavní výhodou je přenesení reálného systému do počítačového modelu, se kterým je možné dále experimentovat. V této diplomové práci jsou aplikovány simulační modely za účelem analýzy vytíženosti pracovníků konkrétní firmy. Analýza je prováděna na speciálním simulačním programu, který je využíván již ve spoustě firem. V první a druhé části práce je uvedena teorie z prostředí simulací a řízení lidských zdrojů. Ve třetí části je již provedena samotná analýza firmy s dosaženými hodnotami. Z výsledků jsou patrná jistá doporučení, která by mohla pomoci lépe rozvrhnout práci mezi jednotlivé zaměstnance. Simulation is currently becoming an important tool for analysing business processes. Their main advantage is the transfer of the real system into a computer model to which it is possible to experiment. In this diploma thesis are applied simulation models to analyse the utilization of specific employees of the company. The analysis is performed on a special simulation program, which is already used in many companies. In the first and second part is given of the theory from simulation and human resource management. In the third part is already done the analysis of company with achieved values. The results are evident certain recommendations that could help to spread the work among the individual employees.
