Tato diplomová práce se zabývá námořní přepravou s důrazem na přepravu kontejnerizovaného zboží, smluvním zajištěním přepravních operací a podmínkami dovozu zboží na území Evropské unie. Dále popisuje současný stav námořní přepravy na relaci EU - Vietnam. Praktická část je zaměřena na dovoz zboží do České republiky s využitím služeb zasílatele. This thesis deals with seaborne transport with emphasis on transport of containerized goods, contract terms and conditions of imports of goods to the European Union. It also describes the current situation of maritime transport on the route the EU - Vietnam. The practical part is focused on the import of goods into the Czech Republic using a freight forwarder services.
