Hlavním cílem této práce je provést analýzu zaměstnaneckých výhod -- benefitů ve společnosti Factoring KB, a.s. Teoretická část obecně specifikuje základní pojmy, týkající se zaměstnaneckých výhod, nutné k zvládnutí analytické části. Obsahem této části je zejména systém zaměstnaneckých výhod, jejich klasifikace, daňová úspora a okrajově trendy v oblasti poskytování benefitů. Analytická část se věnuje výhradně společnosti Factoring KB. Je zde provedena analýza zaměstnaneckých výhod. Její součástí je výzkum provedený pomocí dotazníkového šetření, který má za cíl zjistit spokojenost zaměstnanců společnosti Factoring KB, a.s. a ověřit hypotézy práce. Na základě analýzy jsou navržena opatření a dále také některé nové benefity, které by zvýšily motivaci zaměstnanců. The main objective of this work is to analyze employee benefits - benefits of Factoring KB, a.s. The theoretical part of the generally specifies the basic concepts related to employee benefits needed to cope with the analytical part. The content of this section is primarily a system of employee benefits, classification of employee benefits, tax savings and marginally trends in providing benefits. The analytical part is devoted exclusively to Factoring KB, there is an analysis of employee benefits. It includes research conducted through a questionnaire survey, which aims to verify the job satisfaction of Factoring KB, as and verify hypotheses work. Based on analysis of the proposed measures, and also some new benefits, which would increase employee motivation.
