Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám ústavním přezkumem souladu Lisabonské smlouvy s ústavními pořádky v České republice a Spolkové republice Německo. V první části práce rozebírám ústavní rámec působení mezinárodního a evropského práva v ČR. Následně se věnuji hlavním bodům dvou nálezů českého ústavního soudu vydaných v řízení o předběžné kontrole ústavnosti mezinárodních smluv. V další části vysvětluji pojmový rozdíl mezi sjednáním a ratifikací mezinárodní smlouvy a konečně na závěr rozebírám klíčové prvky přezkumu Lisabonské reformní smlouvy ve Spolkové republice Německo. In this thesis I deal with constitutional review of the Treaty of Lisbon with constitutional orders in the Czech Republic and in the Federal Republic of Germany. In the first part of the thesis I analyze constitutional framework of the effect of International and European Law in the Czech Republic. Subsequently I focus on the main points of two reviews of the Czech Constitutional Court published within the bounds of the preliminary constitutional review of the international treaty proceedings. Secondly, I explain the difference between arrangement and ratification of the international treaty and eventually I analyze main issues of the constitutional review of the Lisbon treaty in Germany.
