Problematika energetické bezpečnosti se v posledních letech stala vlivem působení řady faktorů široce diskutovaným tématem mezi odbornou veřejností a na mnoha úrovních evropské politiky. Cílem této práce je určení vhodných nástrojů energetické politiky Evropské unie a nastínění možné podoby energetického mixu v příštích několika desetiletích. První část práce popisuje zvolenou metodiku rizikového managementu. Následuje analýza výchozí energetické pozice EU. Ve třetí části jsou podrobně analyzovány jednotlivé rizikové faktory energetické bezpečnosti. To umožní strukturovaný pohled na danou problematiku. Následující kapitola se zabývá dosavadním politickým úsilím v energetických otázkách na úrovni EU. V poslední části jsou formou tří scénářů budoucího vývoje hodnoceny souvislosti mezi jednotlivými rizikovými faktory. Tato analýza vede k prognózám energetického mixu ve střednědobém a dlouhodobém horizontu. The issue of the energy security became widely discussed in the expert community and on several levels of the European policy during the recent years. The aim of this thesis is finding suitable tools of the energy policy of the EU and sketching of possible appearance of the energy mix in the next few decades. The first part describes the chosen methodology of the risk management. This is followed by the analysis of the current energy position of the EU. In the third part there are closely analyzed the particular factors of the risk, which enables a structured sight of the issue. The following chapter investigates current political struggle in energy questions on the European level. The consequences between the particular risk factors are evaluated in the last chapter using three scenarios of the possible future development. This analysis leads to prognosis of the energy mix in both the mid-term and the long-term horizon.
