Cílem práce je zmapovat situaci v oblasti celoživotního vzdělávání lidských zdrojů v České republice z hlediska forem, zájmu a míry využívání vzdělávacích příležitostí. Praktická část na vybraném vzorku studentů zjistí postoje studentů k předmětu Manažerská praxe na Fakultě managementu Vysoké školy ekonomické.
