Ve své práci se zabývám problematikou produktů využívaných v podmínkách České republiky ke krytí potřeb ve stáří, které jsou vhodným doplňkem ke státnímu systému důchodového pojištění. Na začátku práce charakterizuji současný důchodový systém, uvádím nedostatky státního systému a nastiňuji avizované reformní kroky. Ve stěžejní části práce charakterizuji a analyzuji penzijní připojištění a produkty životního pojištění vhodné k zajištění ve stáří. V závěru práce shrnuji získané poznatky a pokouším se doporučit vhodný způsob zabezpečení se na stáří lidem podle jejich příjmové a věkové kategorie. In my work I put mind to products used to coverage needs in old age and which are suitable complements of state system of retirement income insurance in conditions of the Czech Republic. At the beginning of the work I characterize contemporary retirement system, I indicate the insufficiency of the state system and I show promising reformative steps. In the fundamental part of my work I define and analyse the supplementary retirement insurance and the products of life insurance suitable for funding old age. In conclusion of the work I summarize obtained knowledge and I try to recommend acceptable way to ensure against old age for people according to their income and age category.
