Bakalářská práce přináší především informace a poznatky o sociálních dovednostech předškolního pedagoga. Teoretická část je věnována popisu nároků, které klade v oblasti sociálních dovedností na kvalitního učitele současný kurikulární systém vzdělávání. Popis je doplněn o požadavky na pedagoga z pohledu humanistické pedagogiky. V praktické části je obsažen popis, průběh a výsledky pozorování práce s dětmi u vybraných absolventek oboru učitelství pro mateřské školy Pedagogické fakulty Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích. Na základě výsledků pozorování a teoretických poznatků jsou stanoveny kritéria sociálních dovedností kvalitního předškolního pedagoga. Cílem práce je na základě poznatků z odborné literatury a praktického pozorování definovat sociální dovednosti potřebné k povolání učitele mateřské školy. This bachelor thesis mainly brings the information and findings about social acquirements of pre-school pedagogue. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on description of demands for pre-school pedagogue, regarding to the actual demands of curriculum system of education. The description is also complete with demands on pedagogue from humanistic pedagogy point of view. The practical part consist description, progression and results from work observation of graduate teachers from Pedagogic faculty of South Bohemian University in Ceske Budejovice; branch of study Pedagogy for pre-schools. On the basis of these results and observations, benchmarks for social acquirements of good pre-school teacher are determined. The aim of the thesis on the basis of findings from special literature and practical observations establish social skills needed for a profession of pre-school pedagogue.
