Cílem mé bakalářské práce je popsat proces socializace dítěte v mateřské škole a pojmenovat prostředky, které mohou tento proces zkvalitnit. V teoretické části jsem definovala základní pojmy související se socializací dítěte v mateřské škole a poukázala na požadavky, které v této oblasti klade na předškolní vzdělávání Rámcový program pro předškolní vzdělávání. V části praktické jsem uvedla výsledky svého dlouhodobého pozorování procesu socializace v mateřské škole u čtyř dětí. Na základě tohoto pozorování a zkušeností z pedagogické praxe jsem navrhla prostředky podporující socializaci dítěte v mateřské škole. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the process of a child{\crq}s socialization in the kindergarten and to name the means that can enhance the quality of this process. The theoretical part defines the basic terminology connected to the child{\crq}s socialization in the kindergarten (the emphasis is on the child entering the kindergarten). The requirements in the preschool education laid by the Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education are also shown there. The practical part offers a long-term observation of the socialization process in the kindergarten with four children. On the basis of this observation and the experience from teaching in a kindergarten, the means supporting the child{\crq}s socialization in the kindergarten are proposed.
