[cze][eng] Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaká je současná role středního a operativního ošetřovatelského managementu v problematice řízení lidských zdrojů. Na tomto základě navrhnout nový plán zapracování absolventek v rámci adaptačního procesu a z analyzovat jeho přínos z pohledu sester manažerek, to znamená vrchních a staničních sester. K výzkumu bylo použita dotazníková technika sběru dat. Jeden výzkumný soubor tvořily vrchní a staniční sestry. V dotazníku bylo 25 otázek. Součástí dotazníku byl plán na zapracování absolventky se vzděláním diplomovaná sestra na vyšší odborné zdravotnické škole a s vysokoškolským vzděláním ve studijním programu bakalář nebo magistr. V dotazníku bylo 18 otázek uzavřených a 7 polootevřených. Druhý výzkumný soubor tvořily absolventky zdravotních, vyšších a vysokých škol. Dotazník obsahoval 8 otázek, každá otázka měla 8 odpovědí, ze kterých statisticky vyhodnotím závislost výše vzdělání na motivačních potřebách. Ve výzkumu byly stanoveny čtyři hypotézy, které měly potvrdit nebo vyvrátit zájem sester manažerek o další vzdělávání, o jeho umožnění ze strany managementu nemocnic, u absolventek závislost motivačních potřeb na vzdělání a hodnocení adaptačního procesu sestrami manažerkami. První hypotéza potvrdila, že sestry manažerky mají zájem o další vzdělávání v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů. Druhá hypotéza, že management nemocnice nabízí sestrám manažerkám možnost vzdělávání se v řízení lidských zdrojů se potvrdila.. Třetí hypotéza, že motivační potřeby, které ovlivňují výběr pracovního místa u absolventek, se mění se vzděláním se potvrdila. Zavedení {\clqq}Adaptačního procesu pro zapracování absolventek`` hodnotí sestry manažerky kladně tím se potvrdila. hypotéza čtyři. Vzhledem k pozitivním výsledkům výzkumu by bylo vhodné nejen zavést adaptační proces u absolventek prostřednictvím nového plánu zapracování, ale i v souvislosti s tímto plánem použít dotazník testu potřeb, který střednímu managementu pomůže přesněji určit vhodnost umístění absolventky na určité pracoviště, což má velký význam a je velmi důležité pro profesní rozvoj a začlenění do pracovního týmu absolventky. Výsledky výzkumu v případě zájmu budou poskytnuty managementu nemocnic jako nástroj optimalizace řízení lidských zdrojů. The aim of this task is to find out the present role of the middle nursing management in the human resource management and also to suggest a new plan of graduate training in the terms of adaptation process. In the end it is necessary to analyse its asset from the nurse managers{\crq} point of view. Questionnaire technique of information gleaning was used for the survey. First survey body was formed by nurse managers. There were 25 questions in the questionnaire. A part of the questionnaire was a plan of graduate training. These graduates had to be educated as state registered nurses or with university degree, either Bachelor or Master. There were 18 closed questions and 7 half-open ones. Second survey body was formed by graduates of nursing colleges and universities. There were 8 questions in the questionnaire and there were 8 answers in each question. All the answers were used for assessment of level education dependence on motivational needs. There were four hypothesis in the survey which should confirm or disconfirm the interest of nurse managers in further education, its providing by hospital managements, the dependence of motivation needs on education level (only graduates) and evaluation of adaptation process provided by nurse managers. The first hypothesis confirmed that the nurse managers are interested in further education connected with human resource management. The second hypothesis confirmed that hospital management offers the possibility of human resource education to nurse managers. The third hypothesis confirmed that motivational needs, which influence graduates´ job choice, change with the level of education. The fourth hypothesis confirmed that setting up ``The Adaptation Process for Graduate Training{\crqq} positively evaluates nurse managers. Considering positive survey results it would be suitable not only to set up the adaptation process with graduates but also to use the questionnaire of testing needs which can help the middle management to nominate graduates with certain posts. There is a great significance in it and it is very important for career and integrating in work teams. The results of the survey could be lent to hospital management as an instrument of human resource optimization.
