Diplomová práce je výsledkem dvouletého floristického mapování (vegetační sezóny 2007 a 2008) povodí řeky Otavy v úseku Strakonice {--} Zátavský most u Hradiště. Zahrnuje charakteristiku vegetace biotopů, fytocenologické snímky, stručný popis a zhodnocení výskytu význačných druhů. Ve formě literární rešerše je zpracována charakteristika zájmového území (geomorfologické, geologické, hydrologické, půdní, klimatické a další poměry). The thesis is a result of a 2-year floristic mapping (vegetation seasons 2007 and 2008) of basin of river Otava in the sector Strakonice {--} Zátavský most near Hradiště. The thesis includes characteristic of various vegetation biotopes, phytocoenosic recording, a short description and evaluation of distinctive species occurrence. A characteristic of area of interest geomorphologic, geologic, hydrologic, soil, climatic and other conditions) is provided in the form of a literary recherche.
