Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení současné situace v oblasti motivace a hodnocení pracovníků ve vybraném podniku. Určení metod a postupů, které firma používá a v případě zjištění určitých nedostatků navržení jejich řešení. The aim of thesis is to evaluate the current situation in the field of motivation and evaluation of the selected company. Identification of methods and procedures, which the company used in the event of certain shortcomings in the design of their solutions.
