Biopotraviny jsou potravinářský výrobek získaný z bioproduktů a omezeného množství povolených přísad vymezeným technologickým postupem dle zvláštního předpisu a pod kontrolním režimem. Cílem práce bylo pomocí ankety zjistit, zda lidé biopotraviny kupují, jaký na ně mají obecný názor a zda je vůbec znají nebo se o ně alespoň zajímají. Dále byla zhodnocena struktura nabídky a cen cereálních bioproduktů ve srovnání s konvenčními produkty v různých typech obchodů. Z výsledků je patrné, že konzumenti kupují biopotraviny kvůli vysoké ceně málo, zejména ze zvědavosti. Sortiment byl pro většinu respondentů dostačující, s tím, že postrádají bio ovoce a zeleninu, maso, pečivo a sýry. Největší cenový rozdíl mezi ekologickou a konvenční produkcí je u pečiva, kde bio chléb stojí zhruba o 300% více než konvenční. Stejné cenové rozdíly jsou také u těstovin. Nejširší cortiment cereálních biopotravin je ve specializovaném obhcodě (69 produktů). V supermarketu Lidl nebyl nabízen žádný ekologický produkt. Organic foods are alimentary products gained from organic products and limited amount of allowed additives in a defined technological technique according to a special regulation and under control programme at the same time. Aim of the thesis with help of the questionnaire is to find out whether people buy organic foods, what is their general opinion of them, if they know them at all or are at least interested in them. Further there is evaluated structure of supply and prices of cereal organic foods in comparison with conventional products in various sorts of stores. Out of the results there is obvious that consumers buy organic foods because of their high price just little, particularly out of curiosity. Range of goods is sufficient to most of the respondents. Anyway, they miss organic fruit and vegetable, meat, baked goods and cheese. The greatest price difference of organically grown products and conventional production concerns baked goods, eg. organic bread costs about 300% more than conventional. The same price differences concern pasta, too. The widest range of goods upto cereal foods is to be found in a particular specialized shop (69 products). In the supermarket Lidl is not offered a single organically grown product.
