Cílem diplomové práce bylo posoudit vývoj zaměstnanosti a důchodů obyvatel v České republice, vyhodnotit změny v zaměstnanosti a důchodech a posoudit dynamiku a diferenciaci čistých peněžních příjmů obyvatel dle krajů a odvětví národního hospodářství. Zaměstnanost je jednou z klíčových oblastí zájmu nejen České republiky, ale všech členských států Evropské unie. Politika zaměstnanosti má za cíl podporu zaměstnanosti a je jednou z významných oblastí sociální politiky. Velikost příjmů obyvatelstva významně ovlivňuje životní úrovně, konkurenceschopnost a tím i agregátní poptávku. Pro zjišťování příjmů domácností se uplatňují různé metody. Příjmovou diferenciaci lze měřit různými způsoby. Mezi nejznámější metody patří Giniho koeficient a Lorenzova křivka. Nejčastěji používanou statistickou jednotkou, jejíž příjem je sledován, je domácnost. The aim is to assessment the development of employment and income. Assess the dynamics and differentiation of net cash income of the population by region and sector of the economy. Employment is one of the key areas of concern not only the Czech Republic, but all Member States of the European Union. Employment policy is intended to promote employment and is one of the major areas of social policy. The incomes of the population significantly affects living standards, competitiveness and hence aggregate demand. For surveys of household income to apply various methods. Income inequality can be measured in different ways. The most popular methods include the Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve. The household is most popular statistical unit whose income is observed.
