Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit systém odměňování zaměstnanců a poskytování benefitů ve zvoleném podniku a navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu. V první části práce byly vysvětleny jednotlivé pojmy související s problematikou odměňování zaměstnanců a poskytování benefitů. Následně byla charakterizována společnost, ve které bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které bylo vyhodnoceno i podle pracovní pozice a věkové skupiny zaměstnanců. Otázky byly zaměřené na mzdové ohodnocení zaměstnanců, poskytování benefitů v podniku a jejich vliv na motivaci pracovníků. Na závěr byl systém odměňování zaměstnanců podniku zhodnocen a byla navržena doporučení na zlepšení. The main aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the system of the remuneration of employees and the supplying of benefits in a chosen company, and to propose recommendation for improving of the status quo. The first part of the thesis explains particular terms connected with the issue of the remuneration of employees and the supplying of benefits. Consenquently, there is a characterization of the company where I have done the questionnare. It was evaluated according to the working position and the age of employees. The questionnnare was focused on the wages of employees, the supplying of benefits in the company and their influence on the employees{\crq} motivation. At the end, the system of the employees{\crq} remuneration in the company was evaluated and the recommendation for improving was proposed.
