Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala reflexní terapií jako součásti relaxačních technik. V teoretické části jsem uvedla tuto metodu do souvislosti se zdravím a zdravým životním stylem a zařadila ji mezi jednu z relaxačních technik - masáže. V následujících kapitolách jsem se zabývala přímo reflexní terapií, její charakteristikou, historií a současnou situací, základním principem, reflexními zónami, technikou provádění, typy hmatů, postupem, účinky, kontraindikacemi, doplňkovou léčbou a jejím využitím jako metody diagnostické, terapeutické, preventivní a metody samopomoci. V praktické části jsem metodou dotazníkového šetření zjišťovala úroveň znalostí studentů Pedagogické fakulty Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích, konkrétně studentů oboru Výchova ke zdraví ohledně výše zmiňované terapie. Dílčí součástí mé práce bylo vytvoření jednoduchého metodického manuálu pro širší veřejnost, který by bylo možné využívat jako výukový materiál. In my bachelor thesis I looked at reflexive therapy as part of relaxation techniques. In the theoretical part, I introduced this method in relation to health and healthy lifestyles, and placed it between one of relaxation techniques - massage. In subsequent chapters I have dealt directly reflexology, its characteristics, history and current situation, the basic principle, reflective zones, technology implementation, the types of touches, process effects, contraindications, with additional treatment and it is used as a method of diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive and help yourself methods. In the practical part I using a questionnaire survey examined the level of knowledge students the Faculty of Education University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, namely students of Health Education on the aforementioned therapy. Sub-part of my work was to create a simple methodological manual for the wider public, which could be used as teaching material.
