[cze][eng] Práce se zabývá matkou s lehkou mentální retardací a jejími rodičovskými kompetencemi, rizikovými a pozitivními vlivy na výchovu dětí. Popisuje přístupy orgánů sociálně právní ochrany, přijetí výchovných opatření k ochraně dětí a vlivu na vývoj jejich osobnosti a hledá nejoptimálnější formy podpory jejich výchovy. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy související s mentální retardací, rodinou, výchovou, patologickými a pozitivními jevy výchovy. V závěru teoretické části je vymezen pojem práva a povinnosti a právní subjektivity lidí s MR. Praktická část je zaměřena na provedení kvalitativního výzkumu případové studie matky s lehkou mentální retardací, analýzou dokumentů, zúčastněným pozorováním a provedenými rozhovory.The work is concerned with a mother suffering from minor mental retardation, her parental competitions and effects on her children upbringing. It describes approaches of the institutions involved in social care, taking precautions in order to protect the children and the influence of these on their personality and search for the most suitable forms of support to raise them. In the theoretical part, terms of mental retardation, family and children upbringing, pathological and positive effects on upbringing are set. At the end of this part I set the terms of rights and obligations and judicial subjectivity of mentally retarded people. The practical part is focused on a research on the mother with minor mental retardation and analysis of documents conducted through observations and dialogues. Citation: HEJRETOVÁ, Monika.
