Bakalářská práce se zabývá zátěží a jejím zvládání v souvislosti s povoláním krupiéra. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, co krupiéři jako zátěž vnímají a jaké prostředky a strategie volí k jejímu zvládání. V teoretické části je shrnuta problematika stresu a jeho zvládání. Věnuje se pracovní zátěži a stresorům v pracovní činnosti obecně a v povolání krupiéra. Praktická část formou dotazníkového šetření zkoumá, zda krupiéři považují svoji práci za stresující, co konkrétně jim stres přináší a jakým způsobem se s těmito skutečnostmi vyrovnávají. This bachelor work is concerning work-related stress and coping with the stress situations in the croupier profession. The main idea of this work is to identify what exactly stress means for croupier, how do they accept it and what do they use to control it. The theoretical part is about stress , its sings and consequences. This part is concerning the work stress and stressors on the working place and especially within croupier profession. The survey in the practicial part tries to find out if croupiers think their job is stressful, what they concern as the stressor and how do they cope with stressful situations.
