Předmětem diplomové práce je postavení veřejnoprávní stanice pro mladé - Český rozhlas Radio Wave. Práce popisuje zrod, vývoj, formát, poslechovost a současnou situaci, ve které se rádio nachází. Rozebírá okolnosti vypnutí jejího analogového vysílání, proces odvolání Václava Kasíka, rezignaci jeho nástupce Richarda Medka, kauzu Swastika Eyes, průběh možného návratu na FM, úlohu Rady ČRo a celkový stav jako speciální stanice Českého rozhlasu. Poté si klade si otázky týkající se budoucnosti v případě schválení zákona o vysílání Radia Wave na frekvenci. Součástí práce je rovněž obrazové představení propagačních aktivit a marketingový plán na rok 2010. The subject of the thesis is the position of the public radio for young people ? Czech Radio Radio Wave. The thesis describes its birth, development, ratings and the current situation of the radio. It analyses the circumstances of its analogue broadcasting shutdown, the withdrawal of Václav Kasík, the Swastika Eyes case, the process of a possible return into FM, the role of the Czech Radio Council and its general position as a special station of the Czech Radio. Afterwards, it asks questions concerning the future in case of passing of the law on Radio Wave frequency broadcasting. Part of the thesis contains the visual presentation of publicity activities and the marketing plan for 2010.
