Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vztahy mezi čtenářstvím a dramatickou výchovou.V úvodních kapitolách se dotkne některých aspektů problematiky čtenářství se zřetelem na čtenářství dětské. Následující část je věnována analýze způsobů, kterými může dramatická výchova rozvíjet čtenářství u dětí. Další kapitoly popisují a hodnotí projekt pro děti ze čtvrtého ročníku základní školy, který usiloval o podporu dětského čtenářství metodami dramatické výchovy. Na základě studia teorie čtenářství i na základě praktické zkušenosti s projektem autorka vyvozuje, že dramatická výchova je vhodným nástrojem, který může u dětí posílit čtenářskou kompetenci i motivaci ke čtení. The thesis concerns with the relationship between literacy and drama in education. The term literacy here means not only the ability to read but also the ability to perceive imaginativeness of fiction. The first part of the thesis surveys various aspects of literacy ? especially of children?s literacy. Next part analyzes ways how drama in education can be used to support children?s literacy. The final part describes an educational project for fourth grade (approx. 10 years-old) children, which aimed at supporting children?s literacy using methods of drama in education. Based on theoretical study of literacy and on experience from the practical project, the author concludes that drama in education is suitable for both strengthening children?s literacy competence and for motivation to read.
