[cze][eng] Tématem mé magisterské diplomové práce je finský hudební skladatel Jean Sibelius a nejvýznačnější část jeho tvorby, sedm symfonií. Po úvodu , kde se zabývám osobností skladatele a jeho významem ve vývoji finské i evropské hudby, následuje životopis, který v kontextu s životními osudy Sibelia podává přehled jeho nejdůležitějších skladeb a tvůrčích období. Poté následuje sedm kapitol. Každá z nich je věnována jedné sympfonii včetně notových ukázek.My master´s thesis is dedicated to Finnish composer Jean Sibelius and the most important part of his work, his seven symphonies. In the introduction I mainly writw about the personality of the composer and his importance for the development of not only Finnish but also European music. Following biography is together with composer´s life showing his most important compositions and composing periods. After that fillows seven chapters.Each dedicated to one symphony including music examples.
