Jednotlivé kapitoly se snaží obsáhnout různá hlediska, díky kterým je možné v divadle posuzovat, zda se jedná o práci amatérskou či profesionální a snaží se přiblížit momentu principů obou světů jak amatérského, tak profesionálního .This thesis tries to illustrate characteristics of amateur and professional principles of work in dramatic art. The paper is based on my personal experience as I am a member of theatrical group called Geisslers Hofcomoedianten. This group revives the Špork family tradition of theatrical performance in the village of Kuks. Geisslers Hofcomoedianten was formed out of pure enthusiasm and interest in theatre. Over the time, some of the members turned their hobby into professional careers - thus being banned from amateur theatre - due to regulations. Each chapter shows various views to understand the differences between amateur and professional theatrical work and tries to define the principle of each.
