Tato práce se zabývá interkulturním managementem v kontextu mezinárodní spolupráce v oblasti divadelního umění. Výchozím bodem byly praktické zkušenosti autora ze zahraničních aktivit, které absolvoval jako student vzdělávacích seminářů, stážista rezidenčních programů, manažer uměleckých projektů a poradce kulturních organizací. Cílem práce bylo ukotvení těchto zkušeností do teoretického rámce, který může sloužit jako orientační návod pro začínající mezinárodní umělecké producenty. Práce je strukturována od základního vymezení tématu, definování stěžejních pojmů, pohledu do historie zahraničních aktivit českých uměleckých subjektů, přiblížení významných mezinárodních vzdělávacích programů, představení českých národních institucí aktivních v prezentaci české kultury v zahraničí, nadnárodních sítí, kulturních zastoupení jiných států v České republice a mezinárodních fondů a nadací. V závěrečné části práce se autor věnuje představení významného projektu jako případové studie a nakonec popisuje problematické okolnosti spojené s realizací mezinárodních projektů. This thesis is focused on intercultural management in the context of international co-operation in the field of performing arts. Initial idea came out of the author?s practical experience from his activities abroad which he undertook as a student of educational seminars, an intern of residency programs, a manager of artistic projects and an advisor of cultural organizations. The goal of the thesis is to utilize his experience within theoretical framework which may serve as an orientation tool for young international arts producers. Content is structured from elementary outline of the theme, definition of essential keywords, view into history of Czech arts organization?s international projects, presentation of national institutions aimed on representing Czech culture abroad, description of foreign cultural agencies in the Czech republic and introduction of some important supranational networks and foundations. In the final part the author presents a case study of important international project and as last, mentions some obstacles of international projects management.
