Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikatelský záměrem výstavby a provozování kroketové hřiště. V její teoretické části je popsán podnikatelský plán obecně. Je řečeno kdo ho vypracovává, co jej k tomu vede a jaké musí k tomu podniknout kroky. Dále je pojednáno o přínosech podnikatelského plánu. Je popsána doporučená struktura podnikatelského plánu a její jednotlivé části. V poslední fázi teoretické části jsou zmíněny zásady pro správné vypracování a prezentaci podnikatelského plánu. Obsahem praktické části je konkrétní podnikatelský plán, který zpracovává v úvodu zmíněný podnikatelský záměr. Cílem práce je vytvoření kvalitního a reálného podnikatelského plánu, který by mohl sloužit jako podklad pro získání investora, či žádosti o úvěr. Tento plán má také posloužit k ověření reálnosti a životaschopnosti záměru. Záměr byl shledán jako realizovatelný a životaschopný. This bachelor's thesis is about a business idea of building and running a running a croquet pitch. In the methodological part is a business plan described in general. It's said who makes a business plan, for what purpose and what steps has to be taken. Than the benefits of making a business plan are discussed. In next part is defined the recommended structure of a business plan. In the last phase of methodological part are mentioned some general principles for making and presenting a business plan. The content of the practical part is an actual business plan, which elaborates the above mentioned business idea. The goal of this thesis is to make a quality and real business plan, which could be presented to an investor, or a bank when asking for financing. This plan should also be used to verify the realness and economic viability of the business idea. The project was proved as feasible and viable.
