Znalosti jako zdroj konkurenční výhody podniku jsou v dnešní době často skloňované téma a jejich řízení se věnuje čím dál větší pozornost. Vhodným řízením znalostí lze totiž maximalizovat užitek, který znalosti přináší a zamezit jejich nechtěnným ztrátám. Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu procesu správy znalostí v kontextu metodiky Unicorn ES Powered Company. Souhrnným cílem práce je navrhnout možný způsob řízení tohoto procesu a popsat průběh jednotlivých procesů, které je v rámci správy znalostí třeba řídit. Knowledge as company resource which brings competitive advantage is frequently discussed topic. And managing of knowledge pays increasing attention, because it is possible to maximize utility and minimize losses of knowledge by using appropriate knowledge management. This paper is focused on analysis of Knowledge management process in the context of Unicorn ES Powered Company methodology and on suggestion of possible form of management of the process and its parts, which is the overall goal of this paper.
