Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat švédskou firemní kulturu a její uplatňování ve švédské firmě LYCKEBY CULINAR a. s. První kapitola popisuje kulturu a firemní kulturu obecně. V druhé kapitole je přiblíženo Švédské království, jeho obecná charakteristika, historie, ekonomika a také kultura a jeho obchodní specifika. Třetí kapitola je zaměřená na firemní kulturu švédské firmy LYCKEBY CULINAR a. s. a popisuje její image, zaměstnance, komunikaci, klíčové hodnoty a vize. The object of this bachelor thesis is analyse corporate culture of Swedish company LYCKEBY CULINAR a. s. The first chapter is focused on culture and corporate culture in general. The second chapter describes Sweden, its characteristics, history, economy and culture and business customs. The third chapter is based on corporate culture of LYCKEBY CULINAR a. s. and analyses its image, employees, communication, values and vision.
