Tato práce se zabývá detailním porovnáním veřejné obchodní společnosti v českém a německém právu. Po rozebrání tématu, kde jsou vystiženy hlavní rozdíly jsem se zaměřil především na možnosti de lege ferenda v ČR na základě zjištěných poznatků. This thesis' aim is to compare partnerships in the Czech and German law. After the analysis of the topic, I have picked the main differences and focused on possibilities de lege ferenda in the Czech Republic based on the findings.
