Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnocení významu liberalizačního procesu na trhu elektřiny a významu obchodníků s elektřinou v tomto procesu. The aim of this thesis is to display the problematic areas where greater coordination and cooperation could occur between all energy market players in order to fulfill a vision of a Central and Eastern European regional market place.
