Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku finančních pohledávek a závazků v IFRS. První kapitola práce se zabývá finančními pohledávkami v IFRS a popisem aktuálních projektů IASB v této oblasti. Druhá kapitola se věnuje faktoringu a popisuje teorii odúčtování analyzovanou na několika typech faktorigových pohledávek. Třetí kapitola pojednává o finančních nástrojích s charakteristikami vlastního kapitálu, kde je představen aktuální projekt IASB. Čtvrtá část je zaměřena na možnost oceňování finančních závazků reálnou hodnotou a návrh standardu Určování reálné hodnoty. Práce je doplněna praktickou analýzou v oblasti finančních nástrojů provedenou z účetních závěrek zahraničních bank. This master's thesis is focused on financial receivables and liabilities under IFRS. The first chapter characterizes financial receivables in IFRS and describes actual IASB projects in this area. The second chapter is devoted to factoring and derecognition theory, which was analyzed on various types of factoring receivables. The third chapter deals with financial instruments with characteristics of equity, where actual IASB project is presented. The fourth part is focused on fair value option of financial liabilities and exposure draft of Fair Value Measurement standard. The thesis is completed with practical analysis of financial instruments of foreign banks.
