Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou šíření zbraní hromadného ničení v rozvojových zemích se zaměřením na Írán. V první části je popsána jaderná politika jednotlivých států a jsou identifikovány motivy pro jaderné zbrojení či nezbrojení. Druhá část je věnována vývoji jaderné technologie v Íránu a jsou v ní navrženy možné strategie zadržování íránského jaderného programu. The thesis deals with the problem of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in developing counties focused on Iran. In the first part, the nuclear politics of particular states are described and the motivation for nuclear armament or non-armament is identified. The second part is addressed to the development of nuclear technology in Iran and possible strategies of containing Iranian nuclear program are suggested.
