Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá moderními službami knihoven, se kterými se může uživatel na území České republiky setkat. Uživatelovým pohledem charakterizuje dnešní stav a budoucí vývoj. Popisuje služby tří konkrétních knihoven, hodnotí je a doporučuje možná řešení problémů. V poslední části nastiňuje překážky v šíření digitalizovaných dokumentů, které brání rozvoji moderního přístupu uživatele k nim. This bachelor thesis deals with modern libraries services with which a user can meet in the Czech Republic. User's view characterizes the current state and future development. It describes the services of three specific libraries, assesses it and recommends possible solutions to problems. The last section outlines the barriers of dissemination of digitized documents which prevent the development of a modern user access to them.
