Práce se zabývá lokalizací automobilového průmyslu v České republice. Hlavní cílem práce je nalézt regiony se silnou koncentrací automobilového průmyslu. Práce se zaměřuje na lokalizační teorie a zhodnocení lokalizačních faktorů. Praktická část obsahuje na základě analytické, kartografické a statistické metody výpočet lokalizačních kvocientů, lokalizační křivky, tvorbu kartogramů, analýzu vybraných regionů s nejvyšší koncentrací automobilového průmyslu a určení významných lokalizačních faktorů automobilového průmyslu v České republice. The present bachelor work deals with localization of automotive industry in the Czech Republic. The main goal is to identify regions with intense concentration of automotive industry. The work is focused on historical development of theory of location and evaluation of industrial location factors. The practical part of the work contains calculation of location quotients, location curve, elaboration of cartograms, and analysis of region with the highest concentration of automotive industry on analytic, cartographic and statistic basis and identification of significant location factors of automotive industry in the Czech Republic.
