Tato práce se zabývá rozhodovacím procesem Evropské unie a rolí jednotlivých orgánů v rozhodovacím procesu Evropské unie. Dále tato bakalářská práce za pomoci historické analýzy a zhodnocení současného vývoje stanovuje, zda sílí jejich nadstátní charakter. Tohoto je zde dosaženo za pomoci studia jednotlivých zakládacích smluv a jejich revizí, jakožto mezníků ve vývoji charakteru orgánů EU. Za účelem zachování aktuálnosti tématu se popis institucionální struktury, rozhodovacího procesu a všech náležitostí s ním spojených řídí úpravou zakotvenou v aktuální revizi zakládacích smluv - v Lisabonské smlouvě. This thesis focuses on decision-making process within the EU while describing the position of its institutions in the decision-making process. This bachelor thesis uses historical analysis and the contemporary situation to determine, whether the supranational character of the EU institutions is becoming more powerful. This determination is achieved through the study of the principal treaties and their amendments, as they are the boundary stones of the development of the EU institutions character. In order to preserve the actuality of this topic, the modifications implemented within the framework of the Treaty of Lisbon are applied.
