Práce se zabývá problematikou prodeje podniku, transakcemi s podniky, obecnými účetními metodami a podstatou prodeje podniku. Dále také obchodně právní úpravou prodeje podniku, účetním řešením prodeje podniku obecnou metodou koupě čistých aktiv i podle českých účetních norem a daňovým souvislostem podle daňové soustavy v České republice. This thesis describes sales of company - accounting and tax problems, general accounting methods, accounting treatment of the sale of the general method of purchase of the net assets and according to Czech accounting standards and tax consequences under the tax system in the Czech Republic.
