Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti Moira CZ, a.s. k 1. 1. 2009. Práce obsahuje strategickou a finanční analýzu, prognózu generátorů hodnot a finanční plán. Ocenění je provedeno výnosovou metodou DCF Equity a metodou odvětvových násobitelů. Výsledné ocenění je stanoveno jako interval hodnoty, který tvoří pesimistická, optimistická a reálná varianta ocenění. The aim of the thesis is valuation of the company Moira CZ, a.s. on the date 1.1.2009. The thesis consist of strategic analysis, financial analysis, analysis and prognosis of generators of value and financial plan. The value of the company is determined by the yield method DCF Equity and by the method of market multipliers.
