Černý trh se vstupenkami na sportovní a kulturní akce je ve světě značně rozšířen. Existence tohoto jevu podněcuje otázku, zda je tvořen záměrně organizátory a pořadateli, kteří z něj následně profitují nebo zda vzniká jako související jev chybným nastavením cen. Práce zkoumá černý trh v České republice při prodeji vstupenek na zápasy v kopané, divadelní představení a koncerty populární hudby. Ceny jsou nastavovány na nižší než rovnovážné úrovni, jsou sledovány jiné cíle, než je maximalizace výnosů ze vstupného na každé jednotlivé akci. Organizátoři a pořadatelé nepodporují černý trh ve snaze maximalizovat zisk na straně jedné, na druhé straně nemají ale motivaci jeho vzniku a existenci zamezovat. Náklady na jeho potírání by mohly být vyšší než očekávaný příjem. Black market for tickets to sports and cultural events presents a widespread problem. The existence of this phenomenon leaves a question open whether this phenomenon has been deliberately generated by managers and organizers who then benefit from it or whether this phenomenon arises as a side effect of mispricing. My paper is exploring the black market in the Czech Republic for tickets to football matches, theater performances and concerts of popular music. Prices are set at levels lower than the equilibrium level, managers and organizers pursue other interest than profit maximizing from admission. The black market is not supported because of profit maximization; on the other hand there is no motivation to prevent it. Costs of avoidance could be higher than loss income.
