Cílem práce je porovnání webových stránek tří největších českých telekomunikačních společností. Nejprve jsou popsány některé techniky pro tvorbu webu, zmíněny jsou také již existující metodiky pro hodnocení přístupnosti webových stránek. Dále jsou zde rozebrány vlastnosti, jež by měl každý web splňovat a na základě těchto vlastností je vytvořena příslušná metodika včetně bodového hodnocení a vah jednotlivých kritérií. Na základě této vytvořené metodiky se dané webové stránky postupně hodnotí a srovnávají. V závěru se získané výsledky všech stránek vyhodnotí a jsou navrhnuta doporučení, jak nalezené nedostatky zlepšit. The objective of this thesis is to compare different websites of the biggest Czech telecommunication companies. First, we state a description of some techniques for creating websites and some existing methodologies for evaluating websites for accessibility are mentioned. Further, needs which every website should meet are discussed and a certain method is created on the basis of these needs. It includes evaluation and importance of different features. Websites are compared upon this method. Results are discussed and recommendations to improve websites are proposed at the end.
