Tato práce se zabývá chováním a rozhodováním hráčů v anglické aukci při prodeji homogenních produktů. Aby bylo možné provést analýzu chování a rozhodování, byl proveden laboratorní experiment. Práce obsahuje popis a analýzu laboratorního experimentu, který byl pro účely práce uskutečněn. Zásadní otázkou, na kterou se tato práce pokusí nalézt odpověď, je, zda se liší četnost volby optimální ceny podle nastaveného aukčního prostředí, a zda ve všech prostředích převažuje volba optimální strategie. V experimentu byly použity 3 typy prostředí, z nich každé je specifické pravděpodobností rozložení hodnot. Analýza byla provedena tak, že v každém aukčním kole byla stanovena optimální cena a ta byla následně porovnána s cenou skutečně dosaženou. Na základě této analýzy bylo zjištěno, že četnost volby optimální ceny se neodlišuje v závislosti na použitém prostředí. Optimální ceny však bylo dosaženo pouze v malém množství aukčních kol. This work deals with the behavior and decision making of players in the English auction with homogeneous goods. To analyze the behavior and decision making, laboratory experiment was conducted. It contains the description and analysis of laboratory experiment, which was carried out for the purposes of this thesis. The fundamental question that this work tries to answer is whether the frequency of the optimal price varies according to auction environment and whether, in all environments the choice of optimal strategy prevails. The experiment used three types of environments, each of them is characterized by a different probability distribution of values. Analysis produced as follows: first in each auction round the optimal prices was determineds and then it was compared to the price actually achieved. Based on this analysis it was found that the frequency of optimal price choices doesn't differs significantly depending on the environment. However , the optimal price was achieved only in very few rounds of the auction.
